Hi folks! It is clear for me that jamming range would be max in the field but what about buildings, urban area or cars? Does this signal pierce through it?

You are totally right about cell phone jammer's work in the field. Indeed, the signal it will output will be maximized outdoors when there is a lot of open space around and nothing interrupts its free flow. But when it comes that mobile phone jammer will be used in the urban area, there are many things that will affect its signal.
The signal which any particular jamming device outputs is nothing more than just the same radio signal as any other of them. Thus this radio signal's behavior will be also just the same as of the others. Depending on the surrounding area and things around like houses, vehicles, the materials of those things, the signal will be different. All this affects the jamming radius of the signal jammers no matter what kind of frequency it blocks.
It is really important to take into account the places where you are using the jammers you select and always bear in mind the differences between signal's power in various places. So try them out and see the jammer signal's piercing ability for yourself!
