Locating any kind of signal jammer is possible but very hard to implement into reality. You see, if someone wants to discover where your signal jammer have been placed, they need to do the process like GPS navigation's triangulation. The principle of all this is to make an artificial triangle between three starting points, yet signal jammer must be inside the area for someone to be able to track its location precisely.
As you can see, when you are placing your signal jammer somewhere, no matter what frequencies it jams, its very hard to locate it. Even if someone tries to find a place your signal jammer working from, they need to have plenty of time to do all triangulation measures, and even then they may make starting points selection mistake and your jammer will be not in the triangulated area. And that means it would not be found.
So if you are willing to purchase any kind of signal jammer, you can do as you wish and use your signal jammer that is hard to locate to solve the problems which it can help you to solve.
