Hi there! I understand that my question may sound silly, but that is really important. A couple of days ago I've installed that hi-tech Japanese toilet and I really like it, it has lots of features and can be controlled remotely. The problem is that my friends are my neighbours and they just love various pranks. So they've not missed my new toilet and hacked it somehow. Now they scare me to death almost every time I go to bathroom, by making weird stuff with my toilet. So I'd like to know is there any way to block their hacking attempts?

Hi there, Jerry!

The question really looks funny, but we understand your concerns, nobody likes, when somebody messes with your own stuff. But we at jammer-store.com have to admit that there are things, that just not meant to be mixed with electronics and wireless remote controls, that's also true about any kind of home wireless system, especially security. Anyway, we will try to help you.

First of all, you should know that your device uses Bluetooth for wireless controls, and Bluetooth is a rather vulnerable data transmission standard, as well as Wi-Fi, which uses the same frequency – 2400 MHz. The problem is that it uses standard 0000 pin code for all devices. That's why you can connect just any kind of Bluetooth controller to your Satis toilet. That's probably how your friends did their pranks.

The good news are: you can stop them! In order to do so, you just have to use a simple 2,4 GHz signal blocker to jam any kind of Bluetooth controllers in the area. In that case they won't be able to mess with your stuff anymore!

Thank you for your question, I hope, I've managed to help!
