Hi there! I need to silence that Nokia PlayUp 360 speaker. You know, some teenagers gather up near my window rather frequently and they listen to their awful music with that device. I’ve already told them to make it a little bit more quietly but they did not listen. Are there any ideas on how to jam their speaker? |
Hello Randal! You know, that Nokia PlayUp 360 is not an ordinary speaker that can be jammed really easily. It is really powerful device with a wide connectivity. First of all it uses Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR connection for music streaming and the device can be controlled remotely via the smartphone it is paired with. It also has a 3.5 mm connector and USB port for charging and software updates. Another bright feature of this Nokia PlayUp 360 portable wireless speaker is that, that it has NFC connectivity. It was made to ensure that you will be able to use this device with newer versions of your smartphone. So the distance between your smartphone and the speaker must be no more than 10 meters or 30 feet if the Bluetooth connection is used. For NFC it compiles up to 15 mm or 0.5 inches. NFC connectivity makes it possible to pair devices without changing your smartphones settings and inputting pin codes. You should also know that if you have a couple of those Nokia PlayUp 360 speakers you can connect them into a network. You just have to push the on button for 5 seconds and that’s it. If you need to jam that device you will require a simple Bluetooth jammer. It will destroy connection between the smartphone and the speaker itself. But Jammer-Store warns you of that, that if you will block Bluetooth, you will jam Wi-Fi too. And also those guys may try to use the NFC connectivity of Nokia PlayUp 360 to surpass your jamming. In that case you will need a special NFC jamming device. Thanks for your question. I hope I’ve managed to help. |
